Quantum Uplift IV Service Booking
Our vitamin IV infusion clinics are run on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Our Standard IV treatments take approximately one hour and our NAD IV treatments can take anywhere between 2-4 hours, depending on the individual.
If you would like to book an IV treatment, please follow the below process.
1. Complete the below form:
2. Once we receive your IV Service request form, we will email you a Medical History Questionnaire which you will need to complete and return to us via email.
3. Once we receive your Medical History Questionnaire, we will contact you to take a $50 non-refundable deposit over the phone (this helps cover our medical teams pre-screening costs) and confirm the time and date of your appointment.

Here at quantum uplift we utilise oxygen therapy to strengthen our body.
Oxygen can be a powerful tool and without it we’ll simply we would die.
Here we use a mix between 85% oxygen which is 4x the amount you breathe at sea level as well as 14% oxygen to create vasodilation.
When your capillaries and veins vasodilate they essentially open up and become super receptive to oxygen.
